Fred
Jarosch's 03-04-00 Launch Report
It was a very nice day at the sod farm.
The wind was not to wild and a good day for flying. Flyers included Dean, Mark, Scott, Fred, and a new
member, (ed. - Andy) who's name I forgot. Our visitors included Kurt, Dave, my wife,
and a friend of Scott's. (ed. - Doug Bomberg, member!) Tami and the kids also showed up.
The gang got a good number of rockets up, with not to many, miscues. I got 9 flights
myself. One of my highlights, was a Sizzler I converted into a 3 cluster.
Worked just fine on 3, A6-4's. The other was a new rocket called Blobbo.
A Vaughn Bros., cross between a Fat Boy and a Big Daddy. Put it up 3 times, C6-3, C5-3S, and last on a D21-7.
It got off the pad in a real hurry. All in all a good day for Rockets.
One MIA was Paul, who doesn't miss to many of our launches. That's it for my report.
P.S. - I forgot to mention that Al was also at the launch for awhile. Sorry
about that Al. It's an age thing with me. You'll know when you get there, that's if you remember, when you get there.
