ECOF 2004. Details of the rules concerning fun events will be discussed. A plea for help setting up the range in the morning will be heard.  Gnomes dropped off, range setup, and more mid-power pads are needed.  Mad hatters ball please register at the beginning of the day so we know whom to look for.

Section of the year award. We worked on the application at the meeting. If you have done any outreach this year be certain to fill out an outreach form that is online. I will require detailed input from members concerning this application at this meeting. We may not win this year but we will be able to compete. We have done a lot of work on outreach this year and have hosted a national event. We do stand a good chance.

Walston transmitter and receiver.  The club would buy the transmitter for $155.00.  Begin discussion only on the merits of obtaining a Walston system for club members to use. A fee could be charged for each use to recoup the costs? We used Brent's Walston to find rockets in Texas, it works great.

PA system Dave volunteered to try and fix it. Our system is inadequate and weak. We need to do something about it before ECOF.

NARCON cd is done and needs to be proofread.

August Demo for Cub Scout pack in Menomonee Falls, date and time to be announced.

The UW Parkside precollege program would like us to provide hands on session teaching 10-15 kids about rocketry during the week of July 19th.  Launch on Friday at Parkside, we could build and fly in teams.  Possible egg lofting.
