Treasury Report

Kurt, Mark, and Scott did a MITI for pack 100; the kids built a rock and had a great time.  They are planning to come to the Sod farm launch.  We need volunteers for this, because Scott plans to be a slimy politician.  Woosh system and speakers will be set up for the kids.

The controller and PA are in separate tots with foam to provide cushioning.

Space day 2004 is set for May 8th. Pavel Pinkas is the event director for this launch. The theme this year is "The Race to Mars". Please consider building and flying some type of space traveling rocket to coordinate with this theme.  Volunteers and donations are needed.

Cudahy grade school has contacted Scott Goebel about their High Interest day on May 28th. They would like to have volunteers start their day at the school at 8:30am. For a provided breakfast. Then give two one-hour presentations to interested kids who stop by the booth. Contact Scott Goebel or Mark Stehlik to volunteer to man this event.

We review and critiqued NARCON 2004, we discussed the pro and cons.

A rocket box was discussed for MITI session, with glue, exacto knifes and supplies we need.  Scott has a box but it is made out of plywood and is very heavy.

Discussed Park Side to thank them for the use of the facilities.

Scott Goebel did an igniter building session at the end of the meeting.  He showed how to make small igniter and larges ones.
