Racine Fall Rocketry Festival Nov. 7, 2004 8am 12pm. This is going to be on the Racine R/C field.
Motion was made to keep the Narcon2004.org domain name for 2 years. Motion passed.
PA system needs work. It seems the amp is boosting the power but the speakers are inefficient to handle it. Horns were discussed and we will try them out.
A presentation by Skyripper of Hybrid rockets will be at NARCON 2005.
We discussed buying a Walston rocket recovery system or some thing similar. The club buys the system and rents it out. The total cost for a Walston system is about $700.
Pavel gave a treasury report from the proceeds of NARCON 2004. We had a gross income of $4147 and after paying bills and 1/3 to NAR we netted $1517.43. It was decided to roll this over to NARCON 2005.
Narcon 2005 will be March 11-13. A proposed budget went Trip for approval. Gabe gave a list of vendors and people that will do presentations and it sounds AWESOME.
