WOOSH MEETING 03/22/06 MINUTES

ATTENDEES: Paul Smith, Jerry Selensky, Dave Lyle, Mark Smeiska, Kurt Schachner, Mark Vande Bunt, Scott Goebel ,Brian White, Jeff Zimber, Dean Gelinskey, Fred Jarosch, Darlene Jarosch.

Meeting brought to order at 7:16p.m.

Treasurer Report read.

I paid Dave Lyle $91.70 [check# 1093] for the scale.

Scott Goebel read the minutes and the treasury report

WAIVER: Scott explained how to get a FAA Waiver-------mark the location you want to fly at, then mail. Call 2 hours before you want to fly.

WHO NEEDS A WAIVER? Anyone flying a rocket in same category as “Dean Gelinskey”!!!!!!

INSURANCE: We are getting Primary insurance in April, because it’s the same price as the secondary insurance we have now.

NARCON: Scott went over the book from NARCON----- not enough ads. He read some of the surveys that were filled out, some were funny and some were stupid

ROCKETS FOR SCHOOLS: It will be May 12 and13 -------Dean Gelinskey offered to set up a booth. The cost is $30 to $50 per booth.--------we can sell T-shirts--------we also need help.

HYBRID EQUIPMENT: Scott Goebel made 500feet of wire to go with it, the guys tested the set up and it worked at 500ft.

THE MEETING WAS AJOURNED AT 8:50p.m.

BUT THE GUYS WERE STILL HAVING FUN WITH THE SET UP AFTER THE MEETING!!!!!!!!!
