Treasury Report

Attendance: Fred-- Darlene-- John Cieslak-- Mike Vande Bunt--Brian White--Scott Goebel-- Carol Lee and Joe.

Meeting was brought to order at 7:10.pm

Scott read the minutes and treasury report from last month.

Scott gave everyone a ticket for this week and last months attendance. Fred got an extra one for best rocket last month and this month. He said every ticket MUST HAVE YOUR NAME AND HIS INITIALS ON THE TICKET FOR IT TO VALID!!!!!!!

Carol Lee is on the ECOF committee and told how far they got. She said they liked the ice cream Dean Roth brought the last two years. We voted yes ,have it again. She suggested we have people bring one food item to donate to the food pantry and we would give them a FREE raffle ticket. It was also suggested we make 30 rockets for the kids to fly and keep.Scott thought that was a good idea. He has some at home he could bring and some of the guys could make some.

The rest of the meeting was on safety ,very informative.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:55pm
