WOOSH MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 24,2007

Treasury Report

ATTENDENCE: Fred, Darlene,Doug Pedrick, Patrick Wagner,Charles Bereteau, Mark Smeiska, Paul Kinzer, Anatoliy Nechyporenko,Dennis L., Kurt Shachner, Jim Mooney.

Meeting came to order at 7:15

Scotty went to Midwest power’s Launch. So Jerry Salinski was suppose to take his place but he is very sick. That left me and not knowing how to run a meeting I winged it.

We had five new people there so we all introduced ourselves. How long we’ve been in the club and a little bit of our likes and dislikes.We signed up 2 new members.

Two guys and one girl were here from the 4H club--Team America Rocketry. Helping them would be a chaallange.

Kurt gave us a progress report on the work He and Dan are doing on the controller.

Rocket of the month contest:

John--Estes Baseball and Bat.And the Tri Star.

Paul--Cherokee D

Fred-- Upscale Vea

Dennis--JR. member- Built a rocket from scratch,very nice, all the parts were from stuff he found around the house. The guys checked it out. They found a few things to fix, but they said it looked good. They also gave him some pointers.He didn’t have a motor mount on yet. He’s quite rocket smart. Paul won the rocket contest. Dennis won automatically for Junior member.
