* Upon check-in, registrants will receive one copy of the program book and one raffle ticket.  Additional raffle tickets will be available for $1.00 each.  A CD-ROM containing the NARCON proceedings will be mailed to you after the end of NARCON.

** There will be extremely few if any extra T-shirts printed, so all orders MUST be in prior to 2/20/04 to guarantee availability. Additions/changes to your order may be made until that time.  Shirts are 100% white cotton, medium weight, with the NARCON burst and logo process-printed on the front.

*** Vendor registration includes two tables and inclusion in our list of vendors. It does not include general NARCON registration. If you wish to attend the events as well, you must register as a regular attendee.

† Extra tables are on a space and unit-available, first-come-first-served basis. If we are unable to provide you with the requested tables, we will notify you and make an appropriate refund.

‡ Advertising space in the program book is limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Any additional advertisements will be printed on drop-in flyers included as an addendum to each program book, including any that may be sold to non-attendees. All ads will be printed in black and white; you may provide color copy, but it will be converted to grayscale for printing.

†† The program book is approximately 40 pages of information and articles, coil bound with a four-color cover.
