Attending: Adult registration is $25 if received on or before February 29th. After that date it is $35.

Youth registration is for attendees 18 years old or younger, and is $10. There is no late fee.

As a paid attendee of NARCON you will receive upon arrival a registration packet containing a program book, name badge, one ticket to the raffle, and perhaps other goodies. After NARCON is over you will receive by mail a copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM, as soon as we are able to produce them. See below for details on these items.

NARCON T-shirts will be available by pre-order only. Few if any extras will be printed, so it is important that you get at least your shirt order in before the February 29th deadline. If you are not certain whether you will be able to attend, but want a shirt anyway, please use the Non-Attending order form. If you are able to make it to NARCON, we will refund the shipping charge when you arrive.

The registration form is available in two formats. If you are paying by check or money order, print out the .pdf form and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. If you would like to pay using PayPal, fill in our online form.

Non-Attending: Can’t make it this year? You can still take advantage of some of the benefits of attendance by ordering program books, T-shirts and CD-ROM proceedings. The earlier you get your order in, the better, because the deadline for T-shirt orders is February 29th.

As with the attending registration form, you can order items either by printing and mailing the .pdf form with a check or money order, or you can order using PayPal and our online form.

All prices on the Non-Attending form include shipping within the United States. For foreign orders, please e-mail the NARCON Director for prices.

Vendors: Vendors wishing to attend NARCON should first read our Vendor Information page. If, as a vendor, you wish to also attend the individual events, you will also need to register as an attendee either via the .pdf form or the online form.

About the Goodies:

Program Book: The NARCON Program Book will be approximately 40 pages with a four-color cardstock cover and coil binding. It features an introduction by original Coalwood Rocket Boy Roy Lee Cooke and will contain the NARCON schedule, event descriptions, articles, plans, and advertising for our supporting vendors.

Raffle Ticket: One chance to win a prize from our ever-growing prize pool. Additional tickets will be on sale at the registration desk for $1.00 apiece.

T-Shirts: The NARCON T-shirts feature the NARCON 2004 “burst” logo on the front of a white 100% cotton shirt. Sizes are available from L to XXXL.

Proceedings: A CD-ROM packed with as much of the available print material from the events as we can possibly provide, including diagrams, plans and reviews. If space permits, we will also include photos from the weekend.
