Vendor Registration InformationNOTE: While there is no specific deadline for vendor registration, after February 20 we cannot guarantee our ability to include newly-registered vendors in our print materials.Even if you can’t attend NARCON this year, please consider helping out by advertising in the program book and/or donating prizes or other items. See below for details. General Information: The vendor registration fee is $20. As a registered vendor you are entitled to two standard tables (approximately 2 x 6 feet) and inclusion in our list of vendors on the NARCON 2004 website and in the program book. Vendors will set up in the same room that will serve as a common gathering area during NARCON, so you’ll be right in the thick of things and easy to find. The vendor registration fee does not include general NARCON registration. If you wish to attend the events as well, you need to register as a regular attendee. Extra tables are available at a cost of $10 each, but are subject to space and unit availability on a first-come-first-served basis. If we are unable to provide you with the requested extra tables, we will notify you as soon as possible and make the appropriate refund. We will make every attempt to accommodate individual special needs, such as an electrical outlet, but cannot guarantee these. Please contact us in advance to discuss any special needs. Advertising: In addition to the website and program listing, advertising is available to attending and non-attending vendors at $10 per half-page (5 x 7 inches) and $20 per full page (7 x 10 inches). Ad space in the program book is limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Any “overflow” advertising will be printed on drop-in flyers, in the same size and format as the program book, and included as an addendum to each program book. This includes any books that may be sold to non-attendees. All ads will be printed in black and white. You may provide color copy or logos, but all color materials will be converted to grayscale for printing. We will do whatever we can to preserve the sharpness and detail of the ad during conversion. Ad copy may be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe (.pdf) or PhotoShop (.psd) format. Donations: We will gratefully accept all donations of merchandise to be used as Raffle prizes. All donors will be listed prominently on the website and in the program book, and will be mentioned as such during the raffle itself. HOW TO REGISTER: If you are paying by check or
